Hi all and thanks to everyone who chatted to me and made me feel very welcome today. Looks like a lot of fun and a very nice location to spend some time even though it's Winter!

I'm new to the hobby even though I've done a bit of shooting on and off all my life. I started getting a bit more serious last year with a bit of pistol plinking at home and then joined the Rotherham club where I've started doing a bit of bench rest shooting.

I've also done a bit at Woodend Farm and the Doncaster shooting range.

Shooting out in the open looks a lot more challenging having to factor in things like wind and different shooting positions!
